life time warranty — our quality stamp and guarantee that upon receiving the product, every item is free of any defect or flaw. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from Dineros.

We design and hand craft each of our pieces in the Dineros studio, to assure quality and authenticity. No piece will leave our hands without 100% attention to detail. Please note  that the warranty does not cover any lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product made by a third party.

IN CASE THE JEWELRY YOU RECEIVED DOESN'T FIT

You can send it back to us and we will replace it with a new one in your desired size from the available variety. Head to return and exchange to see the full details.
