30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND RETURN:

Jewelry can be exchanged or returned within a time period of 30 days after delivery.

TO EXCHANGE:

1. Contact us and tell us which jewelry you want instead of the one you have.

2. Send your jewelry back to us in its original package or drop it in our studio.

3. We will take care of any price differences.

TO RETURN:

1. Notify us that you are going to return your jewelry.

2. Send your jewelry back to us in its original package or drop it in our studio.

3. The full order amount will be refunded to you once we receive your jewelry.

​DO I NEED TO COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

In case you want to return or exchange a product you will be responsible for the shipping cost to us, and we will cover the shipping fee back to you in case of an exchange. We will cover the shipping cost back to you on the first exchange, any additional exchanges will be done at the customers expense.

WHAT TYPE OF REFUND CAN I EXPECT?

A full refund based on your order amount. 

Refunds will be done by cancelling the payment transaction or via bank transfer.
